Military Experience

My military experience includes:

During a 30-year career, Frank held numerous command and staff positions from Infantry Platoon Leader to Deputy Director of Personnel, Manpower and Support at the Unified Command. He completed Army Aviation training in 1964 and served three tours in Vietnam as a combat pilot from 1965 to 1973.

Frank also earned an M. S. Degree in Education Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, followed by a tour as Assistant Professor Of Military Science at that University.

He later served as the US Army representative to the Personnel Department of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force. His final active duty assignment was as the Inspector General for the Kentucky National Guard.
